Cowboy Caviar with a Kick

Ingredients
1.75 cup Beans, black 1.75 cup Beans, navy 2 serving Shoney's Pepperoncini - 4 peppers 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 3 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp .25 tsp Pepper, black 1 clove Garlic .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Chop pepperoncini (any brand), tomatoes, garlic and onion. Mix all ingredients. Allow to rest an hour. Serve with fresh veggies, chips and/or tortillas.
