BBQ Turkey Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 pkg (1.2lbs)Ground trukey 93% lean1 medium red onion, chopped1 small red bell pepper, chopped3 Tbl brown sugar3 Tbl red wine vinegar1Tbl grill seasining, such as McCormick Steak Seasoning1Tbl Worestershire sauce1- (14-160z) Tomato Sauce2 Tbl Hot sauce
Directions
Using wooden spoon break the meat up into bitesize pieces so it brown evenly. When the meat is cooked, add onion and pepper.
While the veggies are cooking with your meat. Prepare your sauce. Combine brown sugar, vinegar, grill seasoning, worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce and hot sauce(optional) in a bowl. When veggies are tender in meat, add the sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes for the meat to soak in the flavor of the sauce.

Instead of using Turkey you can use ground Chicken
