Pad Thai Style Fried Rice

2 tbs sesame oil1 pound tofu, chopped into cubes5 cups napa cabbage, shredded1.5 cups broccoli, frozen1 cup green beans, frozenSauce:3 tbs ketchup2-3 tbs lemon juice1/3 cup soy sauce1 tbs peanut butter1.5 cup cooked rice
Mix sauce in a small bowl.
Heat sesame oil to medium high heat. Stir fry tofu until golden on both sides. Add veggies, rice, and sauce.
Cook until sauce is absorbed and veggies are tender.
Serves 3. Serve with a slice of lime and hot pepper flakes.
