Crockpot potato soup

Ingredients
1 serving sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion) (by COUNTRYCITYMIX) 6 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon 16 oz Cream Cheese cut into pieces1 cup Half and Half Cream 2 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 clove Garlic 2 package (12 oz) Potatoes, hashed brown, frozen, plain, unprepared
Directions
Add potatoes ,onion, garlic and chicken broth to crockpot. Cook on low 4-5 hours. Then add remaining ingredients and cook 30-45 more minutes.
