1/4 cup Canola Oil 2 lbs Tofu, firm 1/4 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 3/4 lb Carrots, raw - minced3/4 lb Onions, raw - minced3 cloves Garlic Salt and pepper to taste.2 tbsp Canola Oil 2 TBSP Dill
Preheat oven to 350
In a food processor, blend 1/4 cup oil and tofu until smooth. Pour the blended tofu into a bowl and fold in sunflower seeds. Set aside.
Saute onions, carrots and garlic in a medium skillet with 2 TBS canola oil (or less if you have a non-stick pan) until tender; drain.
Add sauteed vegetable mixture to the tofu. lend well and season with dill, salt and pepper. Pour into an oiled 4x7 incl bread pan and bake about an hour.
