Ingredients
1 cup Lentils 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 Bay Leaf 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Paprika
Directions
Bring lentils, water, and bay leaf to a boil, and simmer for one hour according to the basic directions for lentils. When the lentils are tender, season with butter, lemon juice, and paprika.
