3 onces of boneless chicken breast (grilled)1/2 cup spaghetti sauce1/2 cup fresh baby carrots chopped1/2 cup broccoli chopped1/2 cup tomato chopped
Directions
-Boil water and add noodles. Let boil and drain
-Add veggies, sauce, and chicken
