Ingredients
1.0 cup Flour, white4.0 large Egg white, fresh1.0 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)0.5 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
Directions
Liberally grease muffin tin and place in freezer. Mix together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl remove muffin tin from freezer and poor the ingredients evenly throughout the muffin tin. Place in the oven cold and turn on to 450 let cook for 25 minutes. DO NOT PREHEAT THE OVEN.
