Ingredients
9 cup, chopped Kale 1 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh 4 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 0.5 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil pepper to taste
Directions
chop kale
sautéed mushrooms in olive oil, vinegar and pepper
toast walnuts
make mustard vinaigrette
mix all and store in refrigerator
