Ingredients
32 oz Pork Tenderloin 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
mix olive oil and bread crumbs
coat pork with breading mixture - about 1/4" thick all sides
Bake in low pan uncovered for 35 minutes, until pork internal temp is 165 degrees. rest pork 10 minutes
