2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 oz Cream Cheese 2 tbsp Coconut Flour, Bob's Red Mill (by LIVESIMPLY1) 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Butter, salted .25 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
place wet ingredients in bullet and process
add dry and process
add blueberries and process
let stand 5 mins
heat griddle and grease with some of the butter
add heavy cream to desired consistency
makes 10 small pancakes
