Eggplant Chilli

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef 3 tbsp Canola Oil 1 cup onion, chopped, raw (by GALINKZOO7) 1.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1.5 cup Red Bell Pepper Chopped Raw (by JENIFERS) 2 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1 Eggplant, fresh 907.1 grams Crushed Tomatoes 3 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE)
Directions
chopped all the veggies. sautee the onion, garlic, peppers first. then add the eggplants, all cubed into the mix, and sautee a bit to start getting the juices flowing from the eggplant. In a separate frying pan, cook up the ground beef, just the way it is. add in the meat to the veggies, pour in the can of crushed tomatoes. You will need to add some water. Let it all simmer and thicken together.
