Crockpot Lasagna

1 lb lean ground turkey or lean ground beef, cooked8 oz low fat ricotta cheese2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded1 jar spaghetti sauce2 tsp italian seasoning, optionalsalt , optionalpepper, optional1/3 cup water8 whole wheat lasagna noodlescooking spray
Cook hamburger and season with italian seasonings. Add other seasonings as desired. Spray your crockpot with cooking spray. Break lasagna into small pieces, add to bottom of crock pot. (I add a little sauce and the water to the noodles and stir) Layer meat, sauce, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers twice. Cook in crockpot for 5 hours on low. Stir and serve.
