1.0 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb) Eggplant, fresh8.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk2.0 cup Sauce, Prego Marinara Sauce1.0 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned10.0 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese
Cut eggplant into slices, salt wait 10 minutes then wipe dry. Dip eggplant into egg then breadcrumbs. Place on pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees flipping once. Put sauce in bottom of pan the layer 2 layers of Eggplant, sauce and cheese. Bake 8 minutes til cheese is melted.
