Ingredients
2 small Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .5 plum tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes 15 gram(s) Media Crema (Table Cream Nestle)15g = 1 tbsp (by VICHICOMES) 1 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Place butter on a non stick frying pan, add diced oniins and tomato. Cook until onions are tender. Beat eggs and add to the frying pan. Cook omelette to your desire. Flip and let the other side cook.
