Nut-Oat Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Salt 0.50 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup Oats, Quaker 1 oz Motts unsweetened Applesauce 2 serving Cashew Nuts, Raw (1/4 cup) 0.10 cup Living Harvest Unsweetened Original Hemp Milk 2 serving Ghirardelli Chocolate 60& Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (16 chips 1.5 grams) .5 cup, sliced Almonds
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350.
Blitz the nuts and oats in a food processor until crumbly. Mix the baking soda and salt.
Mix all of the wet ingredients, then mix into the dry.
drop by spoonfuls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
