6 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked 1 clove Garlic 4 cup, chopped Kale 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 24 oz Cod (fish) 3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 90 gram(s) HEB Lower Sodium Bacon Center Cut - 2 Slices - 15 g 6 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
render bacon, drain, set aside. In a large pot, add broth, water, veggies, and seasoning/garlic. Cube up fish into 1in portions. When the liquid reaches a boil, add fish and bacon. Cook until fish is slightly flakey (5-10 minutes).
