Viet Fried Tofu with Tomato

Ingredients
2 block Tofu, firm 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.5 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 5 clove Garlic 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp seasame oil (by RAMBERT) 1 tsp Salt 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
cut tofu into 0.5' slice, fried in 2 tablespoon of olive oil. dice onion and chop garlic, sweat in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until soft. Add tomato dice, sugar and salt and cook for 10 min in medium heat. add the tofu back and cook for another 3 min. Add sesame oil to finish.
