0.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tbsp Honey 4 tsp Baking Powder, Hain Sodium Free 1.50 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Medium Grind Cornmeal 1.50 cup Whole Foods 365 Organic 100% Whole Wheat Pastry Flour 0.50 cup Trader Joe's Organic Unsweetened Applesauce 1 cup Trader Joe's Organic Reduced Fat Coconut Milk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine the wet ingredients and
mix well then add to the dry . Place in preheated 375 degree oven.
