Baked Salmon with Lemon

8 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g) .5 tsp Thyme, ground 1 tsp Garlic powder 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Lemon Wedges (if wanted)
preheat oven to 250 degrees, line baking sheet with tinfoil.
Place salmon fillets on baking sheet (skin side down if necessary), cover 1/2 tbsp oil between fillets and rub in.
In a small bowl combine remaining olive oil, garlic powder and thyme, mix together and pour it onto the fillets. Rub in gently.
Bake for 10-15 min.
Serving Size: 2 4oz servings
