1lb Ground beef, lean .5 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 3/4 cup yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream, Fat Free 8 serving Louis Rich Turkey Bacon (1 slice) 3 cup Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice
Cook bacon. Brown beef. mix mushrooms, yogurt, broth in blender. Add sour cream and blender contents to skillet and simmer until desired thickness. you can add a TBLS of corn starch to thicken.
