50 grams Hazelnuts (or ideally, hazelnut flour or the solids left over from making hazelnut milk)120 grams Tofu, soft 1 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 dash Salt
Mix all the ingredients together, and either cook like pancakes, or bake on a sheet, at gas mark 7 for 10-20 minutes depending on how crunchy you like them.
