Ingredients
44.64 oz Trader Joe's Farm Raised Boneless Skin On Salmon Filets, 1 serving = 4 oz (by DS1222) .25 cup Coconut Oil 8 tbsp Butter, Stick (Salted) (by LAURA140) 2 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
1. Melt butter & coconut oil with garlic powder (~2x30 sec)
2. Dip fish on both sides in butter/oil and lay on aluminum foil on oven rack
3. Pour remaining butter mixture over fillets
3. Broil 8-10 minutes
4. Let cool in oven 5 minutes
