Sugar Free Bourbon Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken breast cut into bite size pieces1 teaspoon ground ginger1 teaspoon garlic powder2 tablespoons dried minced onions1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce1/2 cup loose Sugar Twin Brown Sugar Replacement1/4 cup Bourbon Whiskey1/8 cup dark sesame oil.
Directions
up to 24 hours prior to serving, in large storage ziplock bag add all ingredients except sesame oil and knead until well incorporated. Chill for at least an hour and up to 24 hours prior to serving.

Coat wok or large sauce pan with sesame oil. add above ingredient and cook on medium-high heat for 20 minutes or until chicken is white all the way through.

Serve with brown rice.
