Shredded Pork Loin

Ingredients
4 lbs. Boneless Pork Loin, Trimmed of any excess fat1/2 tsp Pepper, black 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Onion powder1/4 cup Braggs Amino Acid Soy Sauce Alternative (can also use a low sodium soy sauce)
Directions
In a crock pot place the trimmed pork, sprinkle with seasonings, pour amino acids into pot and fill with water so almost covers pork. Set crock pot on low and cook for 8 hours. Then Shred!
