Ingredients
16 oz Beef, top sirloin 1 oz Pepperocini 0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.5 strips Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 can Canned Tomatoes 0.25 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) 0.25 tsp Oregano, ground 0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Pressure the beef, browning in olive oil. with only water. Remove the beef from the broth to cool. Mash the cooled beef.

Sauté the veggies in olive oil and add seasoning and garlic when almost done. Add the tomatoes and about a cup of the reserved broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the beef and simmer.
