1 lb. leftover chicken minced1 leftover Tilapia filet2 c. cooked leftover ricegineroilpeppergarliconionhorseradishchickenbrothwater
heat about 1 tablespoon of oil. dice one whole onion, brown the onion in a large cooking pot. add garlic and brown but watch not to burn. burnt garlic tastes bad. add chicken broth, ginger, pepper and bring to boil. add minced tilapia, minced chicken and continue to boil. add rest of water, rice and boil for about 30 minutes. If the taste is too weak for western pallets add 1/2 cup of soy sauce. Garnish with whole or crush mint leaves.
