Keto Jewish Chopped Liver

Ingredients
454 grams Chicken Livers 2 cup, chopped Hard Boiled Egg 4 1tsp Olive Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES)
Directions
1. Set oven to broil.
2. Rinse livers in sink, then spread out on foil-covered pan.
3. Sprinkle salt and put in oven for 8-10 minutes
4. Chop and sautee onions (optionally garlic if you want) using 1/2 the olive oil
5. Put cooked liver in water to soak until only warm (to get rid of excess salt)
6. Put it all in a blender, press whir.
7. Some folks like a little chunky, some more creamy. Add more oil if you want pate-level smooth (not included in calorie count of recipe)
8. Serve on matzah, Tam-Tam brand crackers, or celery if you're keto/carb limiting.
