Rotini Pasta Salad with mayonnaise

1 serving of carb smart rotini pasta1/3 tbsp or 1 tsp of low fat mayonnaise1 tbsp of chopped green pepper2 Spanish olives with pimentoes, sliced1 tbsp of chopped raw celery1/3 tbsp or 1 tsp of chopped onions1/2 tsp. of dried dill weed.
Cook a serving amount of the carb smart rotini until done to the tenderness you desire. Rinse in cold water to stop the cooking. Cut up the green peppers, celery, olives and onions and mix with the light mayo. I use only enough to stick to the ingredients and make it moist. I add the dried dill and mix. Cool and eat. I find I use less mayo if I eat it right away and mix individual portions. The longer it sits in the fridge, the more the mayo is absorbed and you add more to it. Salt and pepper to taste.
