Not made yet but have a suggestion. I have a peanut allergy and love pb&j. I have discovered almond butter. (in the orgainc section of store) I found it to taste very close to peanut butter and can be used the same as peanut butter when reciepe calls for peanut butter. Great w/Hersey chol bar too - 10/2/08

Since I don't care for the taste of soy butter and am severely allergic to peanuts I made it with sun butter and it was really great! - 7/11/08

12 grams of protien is great! What a terrific idea of a substitute if you are allergic to peanuts or even otherwise since soy nuts are very healthy. - 6/25/08
