Ingredients
1 English Muffin, split1/2 c. Diced Canned Tomatoes, No salt1/2 c. Low Fat Shredded MozzarellaPinch of Mrs.Dash Garlic & Herb, Optional
Directions
Split english muffin and spread diced tomatoes on top. Then sprinkle cheese. If you chose, sprinkle pinch of Mrs.Dash on top of each half.
Place in broiler or oven (325) and cook until cheese is melted to your liking.
