Pesto Bread Twists

2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 1 tsp Baking Powder 12 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 75 grams Butter, salted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Mezzetta Basil Pesto 2 tbsp (30g) (by COACHDONOVAN)
Mix dry ingredients. Melt butter and cheese, mix and add egg and stir well. Add dry ingredients and knead to firm dough. Roll out rectangle between parchment about 1/5" thick.
Remove paper and spread pesto, cut into strips and twist. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Can substitute some mozza for cheddar or pepper jack. Can also add oregano and thyme.
