Homemade Mexican Pizza

Ingredients
20 tostada shells2 lbs. ground round2 packages taco seasoning1 can red enchilada sauce1 can petite diced tomatoes1 can refried beansfat free sour creamShredded Fiesta blend or Taco Cheese
Directions
Brown ground round, and drain.
Add taco seasoning packets with water as directed.
While meat is browning, mix together enchilada sauce and diced tomatoes in a sauce pan and warm; also put refried beans into a seperate sauce pan and warm.
Warm tostada shells as directed on package.

To assemble pizza:
Spread refried beans onto a tostada, and top with a second tostada.
Top the second tostada with meat, sauce and tomato mix, amd cheese.
Add sour cream if desired (included in Nutritional Information here)
