1.5 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 12 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated 0.75 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only) .75 cup Granulated Sugar 1.5 tbsp Butter, salted 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground .25 tsp Ginger, ground
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased very deep 9" pie plate. Bake 350 for 40-45 min or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

We're not much into crust, so this pie is a pleaser. I use about 1/2 cup of monkfruit instead of some of the sugar--and then supplement with 1/4 cup sugar. I also use 1 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice instead of the three spices--lazy me. And I add 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla.
