Cranberry Pecan Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
1 cup, rinsed and chopped Cranberries 2/3 cup Almond Flour 1 (7 ounce) bag of coconut, shredded sweetened 1 cup chopped pecans1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract 1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Toss cranberries and flour in a large bowl; stir to coat. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon. Drop teaspoonful size cookies onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cookies rest for 1 - 2 minutes; remove from cookie to finish cooling. Store in an airtight container.
