2 cup Green Split Peas- Dried (by CLEOBELLE4) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 12 cup Vegetable Broth 3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 4 cup diced Potato, raw 8 tsp Colgin Liquid Smoke (by CARLY783) .5 tsp Pepper, black 2 grams Bay Leaf
rinse peas, saute onions and celery, add broth and garlic and peas, seasonings. Cook 20 minutes, add carrots cook 10 minutes, add potatoes. Cook until tender
