Lilly's Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1 fruit without seeds Lemons 1 fruit (2" dia) Limes 2.50 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 4 tsp Ginger Root 1 cup Parsley 1 cup cilantro (fresh) 225 gram Kirkland Frozen Pineapple Chunks 2 serving Apple-Granny Smith Green (Medium) 3 cup Baby Spinach Organic 7 gram Sunfood Super Foods: Super Algae Tablets, Spirulina & Chlorella 2 serving Bigelow Green Tea with Mint 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
Directions
Peel the lemon, lime and ginger. Core the apples.
Wash all the fruits and vegetables and chop them.
Place all ingredients in a high speed, large capacity blender (2L), starting with the frozen/ hard fruits and veggies.
For the spirulina/chlorella, find a powder form and use 2-3 teaspoons according to taste (it is strong).
Add 2 cups of liquid, I prefer mint green tea but you can use water or coconut water if you like.
If you do not have a very large blender, cut the recipe in half or make two smaller batches.

Serving Size: makes about 7 300ml servings
