Ingredients
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour salt (to taste) 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 tablespoon sugar 1/4 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup warm water 1 cup oil (for frying)
Directions
make a thick pliable dough with all the ingredients except oil and rest it for abt 4-5 hour or until it doubles in size now make about 10 balls with this dough . take one ball flatten it with rolling pin and deep fry in hot oil untill it puffs up now remove from oil and serve with choley on side.
