Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 oz Prosciutto 2 small Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 2 leek Leeks 2 cup Lima Beans 2 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes 8 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared .5 serving Fresh Green Beans (1 cup) 2 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs 8 cup Orzo Pasta .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
saute first 5 items together
add to crock pot
throw in everything else except parm cheese, orzo and green beans.
cook on low for 6 hours
add green beans and orzo and cook 15 minute longer with cover.
garnish with parm cheese
