Bacon, Cauliflower, Leek Soup

Ingredients
2 flowerets Cauliflower, cooked 5 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved 2 leek Leeks 4 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 2 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 3 tbsp chopped Shallots 1 tbsp Parsley
Directions
-cook bacon in pan
-remove bacon and put to side
-cook chooped shallots and chopped leeks in bacon fat
-boil or roast chopped cauliflower
-add cauliflower, shallots, and leeks to food processor
-add some salt, bacon, parsley

Serving Size: Makes 5-10 1-cup servings
