peach and cream bread pudding

Ingredients
¼ c. butter, melted14 slices day old bread, torn into small pieces1 ½ C. chopped fresh pe4aches6 eggs2 ½ C. milk1 ½ C. fat free half and half1/2 C. peach preserves1 ½ C. Splenda2 t. vanilla extract
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350*. Butter bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish with melted butter.

Toss bread with chopped peaches, place in prepared pan. Beat eggs, milk, half and half, peach preserves, Splenda , and vanilla in a medium bowl until frothy. Pour over bread and lightly press down with a spatula until bread has absorbed the milk mixture.

Bake for 40 to 45 min, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped. Serves 20+
