Keto Seed Crackers

Ingredients
5 tbsp chia seeds 5 tbsp Sesame Seeds .33 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added .33 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals) 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder .33 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Add salt to taste if seeds were unsalted. Pour 1 cup boiling water and 4tbsp melted coconut oil into the dry ingredients and mix.

Spread on to parchment lined cookie sheet. Use whole surface if you want thin, delicate cracker (not good for dipping), or thicker for a sturdier cracker.

Bake at 350 for 45 min on lower rack. Leave in oven to dry after you've turned it off. I left my in overnight.
