4 cup, chopped Mustard greens, fresh 4 cup Spinach, fresh 4 clove Garlic 3 tsp Ginger Root 2 1tsp Canola Oil .5 serving Ground Tumeric, svg size 1 tbsp (by CERECM) 1 tbsp Curry powder 1 tsp Garam Masala (by BIGGIRL2082010) 0.33 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
Saute garlic and ginger in the oil until soft, add the spices and salt and pepper to taste. Add the washed spinach and mustard greens, mix until wilted down. Pressure cook for 8 minutes, puree with coconut milk. Serve over rice / riced cauliflower and protein of your choice. Some of our favorites are chickpeas and tofu.
