Mexican Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1lb 93% Fat Free Ground Turkey Meat1 Can of Mexican Corn1 Cup Black Bean and Corn Salsa2tbs Barbeque Sauce1 EggWhole Wheat Bun
Directions
Combine your turkey meat, can of corn, salsa, and egg in a mixing bowl. Blend together with your hands.
Form burgers into patties- Will make 6-8- Depending on the size.
Fry up in a frying pan slowly. You will want to make sure that you are not flippnig them too much or they will break apart.
Once finished, toast your bun, and add a tablespoon or 2 of bbq sause to the top and enjoy!!!
