454 gram(s) Ground Turkey, Kirkland Extra Lean (by BABYSOX) 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 227 grams Mushrooms, fresh 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 3.125 cup Diced Tomatoes, Canned, Unico (by IAMFREETORUN) 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 2 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE) 2 tsp dried basil leaves (1 tbsp or 3 tsp or 4.5 grams) (by CHUCKLES07)
Heat large pot over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Cook turkey, onions and garlic until almost cooked. Stir to crumble turkey. Add remaining vegetables. Cook down about five minutes. Add spices, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Cook for 30 minutes or until thick. Serve with spaghetti squash, zoodles, shirataki, or traditional pasta (whole wheat, of course).
