One Pan Crispy Parmesan Garlic Chicken

5 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces) 2 dash Salt 2 dash Pepper, black 4 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 0.50 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated .5 tsp Garlic powder 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini 4 serving Bird's Eye Steamfresh, Baby Potato Blend (1 serv = 3/4c)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray cooking spray in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
2. In a shallow dash melt butter. In another shallow dish add bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Salt and pepper the chicken. Dip into the butter and then coat in the parmesan garlic crumbs. Lay in 9 x 13 pan.
3. In a medium sized bowl add zucchini, yellow squash, and potatoes. Toss in the olive oil. Add some salt and pepper and remaining parmesan grlic bread coating. Lay on the sides of chicken in the pan.
4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked throughout and vegetables are tender.
