Salsa Crack Chicken

Ingredients
2.5 lbs Bnls Skinless chicken breast6 slices thick cut bacon1/2 c chicken broth1/4 c salsa spices8 oz cream cheese1/2 c heavy whipping cream1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
render bacon on saute setting in instant pot
add broth, chicken and spices
seal pot and cook on high for 11-15 mins depending of breast thickness
NPR for 6 min then QR
remove chicken and shredd
add cream cheese and heavy cream to pot and whisk until melted
return chicken to pot add cheddar and stir until melted.
