Ingredients
1.5 cup *lentils, great value dried 12 cup Vegetable Broth 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes .5 pack (2-1/2 lb) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 3 cloves garlic
Directions
dice onion and celery, saute add broth and lentils cook 20 minutes and chopped up cabbage and tomatoe. Add a bay leaf and garlic. cook another 20 minutes until everything is tender.
