Ingredients
499 grams Cod (fish) 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 4 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Flour Tortillas 0.25 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 100 grams Cilantro, raw 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh 400 grams Sweet Corn, Fresh 2 fruit (2" dia) Limes 3 pepper Hot Chili Peppers 1 tbsp Honey 4 tbsp Light sour cream Coles 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Marinate fish in olive oil and chili, lime and cayenne pepper for 15 min Then fry the fish Mix the other ingredients apart from sour cream and avocado into a slaw. Serve in tortilla wrap with sour cream and avocado and lime
