Vegan Chickpea and Sweet Potato Chili

Ingredients
2 sweet potato, 5" long Sweet potato 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) onions, raw 2 cup vegetable broth 4 clove garlic 4 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 2.5 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 2 cup black beans1 tbsp cumin1 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp onion powder1 tbsp garlic powder1 tsp kosher salt
Directions
Cut sweet potatoes, carrots, and onions into small cubes. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cook 10 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
